Once chips have been granted, we do not offer CANCELLATION. If your chips have not been granted for whatever reason, please contact the customer support and your chips will be granted immediately.
In case we are unable to grant you chips, you can cancel your payment by contacting our customer support and your refund will be processed from our end and should arrive in original account with all process within 7 working days.

Withdraw Policy
Once the payment has been successfully paid and the virtual points credit, the customer can play the game.
The customer has to use the virtual points once and then should be able to apply the withdrawals.
It means if the customer has only recharged but never played any game, apply of withdrawal is not allowed.
The withdrawal application will be processed from our end in 24 hours and should arrive in the beneficial account in 48 hours maximium.
